Dined in this restaurante twice last week and enjoyed the ‘menu del dia’. The restaurante and staff are welcoming and certainly our favourite place to dine and enjoy the Mexican ambiance.
As a prize winner I went with my husband last Friday to have dinner. It was a very enjoyable evening in attractive surroundings. The staff were very friendly and attentive and there was a large choice of food.

Our first visit to this restaurant, chose off the menu of the day which was only 10euros and i have to say the food was excellent, staff very friendly. Will be paying another in October.

El Charro Negro Restaurant. I was very happy to claim the November prize. A meal for two, at the afore mentioned restaurant. We went along last evening and had a wonderful time. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of food and very well cooked and presented.

I had the pleasure of winning the meal for 2 for September. We went to the restaurant last Sunday and had a fantastic meal in a great environment with such ambience that we will definitely be back there soon. We must have walked past the restaurant more than 100 times and not realised by the entrance that there was such a lovely restaurant inside. Anyone looking for great food and to feel like they are more than welcomed this is the place. I won the meal for 2 in June and we booked the mexican restaurant, what a fabulas meal we had, the staff were lovely with us and we had a lovely meal, my husband a I had nacos for starter and then steak for the main course followed by Mango Ice Cream the cocktail was a new experience and we would go again, thanks to all.
In this restaurant, the products are imported directly from Mexico and the chef it´s a native.
Myself and my wife visited here a few months ago while on holiday, what a fantastic meal, so tasty and hot!!! friendly staff, good Latino music, relaxing and well worth going back there, and next time we’re in town we will.

As we walked into the beautiful restaurant, we were greeted by smiling faces and a warm welcome. The restaurant was decorated in a cheerful and bright Mexican theme which was warm and inviting.
The menu at El Charro Negro is extensive and after much perusal, we chose two starters to share. One starter to share would have been sufficient as the portion size for all courses is very generous. My wife had a chilli spicy main course dish service whereas I opted for something less spicy but equally tasty. The menu clearly states which dishes are ‘hot’. We also had beautiful deserts and would definitely recommend the house banana desert. All the food was well presented and very tasty.
We also had a very nice house dry white wine.
Throughout the meal staff were attentive. The restaurant is obviously popular as most of the tables were occupied and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
I would definitely recommend this Mexican restaurant and plan to return to it the near future.

We had a fantastic meal last night. The food and service was excellent. We can recommend the Nachos with refried beans and mince, also the mushrooms with cheese for starters, to be honest the nachos would have been enough for two to share. Main course, chicken enchilada’s in chilli tomato salsa, and chimichanga’s with a pot of spicy salsa. Not forgetting the Margaritas as an invitation. We will be visiting again very shortly.
