DESCRIPTION:\nThe FitnessWalk Torrevieja 2025 will take place on Sunday, June 15 on the “Juan Aparicio” Promenade\n\nThis event consists of a dynamic walk with exercises in several stations, guided by professional trainers. The activity, which includes music, jumping, and dancing, promises to be fun, social, and full of energy. \n\nParticipating in FitnessWalk brings multiple benefits to your health:\n\n\nImprovement of the cardiovascular system\n\n\n\nCalorie Burning and Weight Management\n\n\n\nMuscle toning and postural improvement\n\n\n\nIncreased balance, coordination, and flexibility\n\n\n\nReduced stress and increased well-being\n\n\n\nActive socialization in a motivating environment\n\n\nRegistration costs €10 (plus VAT). The official t-shirt is not included, but you can purchase it for an additional €5 during registration. \n\nCheck-in starts at 9:00 AM, and the hike takes about an hour, ending around 10:40 AM.
