Enjoy a culinary experience with a Mediterranean flavour<\/strong> in a new edition of the Gastronomic Days \u201cTorrevieja and the Sea\u201d. The Luz de Mar<\/strong> restaurant, located in a privileged enclave by the sea, opens this 2025 edition with an exclusive menu that pays tribute to local produce and the sea that surrounds us. <\/p>\n\n

The main course will be an exquisite grilled creamy octopus rice<\/strong>, made with care and modern cooking techniques that respect the Mediterranean tradition.<\/p>\n\n

These conferences, organized by the Torrevieja Hospitality Association, aim to promote the local gastronomic richness, attract tourism and reinforce the role of the city as a culinary reference.<\/p>\n
