The workshop will be taught by teacher Karmenk and is scheduled for May 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Cuevas del Rodeo.<\/h3>\n\n

This activity is organized with the collaboration of the Cuevas del Rodeo Artisan Artistic Association<\/strong>, which promotes initiatives aimed at creative development and community well-being.<\/p>\n\n

The workshop combines the practice of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Hay Kar<\/em><\/strong>, offering a comprehensive experience based on breathing, body harmony and the activation of vital energy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

An ideal proposal to disconnect from daily stress, improve health and connect with inner balance.<\/p>\n\n
