BUILDING ON LA HOYA

Hi Folks , i was wondering if anyone knew if they they are building on the land that backs on to EL CHAPPERAL , LA SIESTA , i think its called LA HOYA , i thought i'd read about it somewhere but havent seen anything since , anybody know about it ? , also if anyone lives round by EL CHAPPERAL are they going to build on the land opposite Carmen bar / Chasis, i did hear a rumour but not sure if its true ?
