Please help!

I am stuck! Have paid a person called Peter Taylor to do work on my apartment in la Florida, I arrived here on Tuesday to find that the work was not as planned, I have been phoning, emailing, private messaging as much as I can to contact him but he doesn't seem to want to answer me. I am trying to find out his address to ask him face to face whether he intends to finish the work paid for or not. I know he lives in Quesada, maybe in Dona Peta, any more information would be very gratefully received. His wife is called Rachael, she is refusing my calls also, I don't like to post this online but I am at the end of my wits! I am here in Spain until Saturday
