Hi there,
I have struggled for nearly a year to get Telefonica to install a telephone in my apartment, and yes our complex is set up with the cables needed. I have given up, but am glad to say that i now enjoy 24 hrs a day of browsing due to me having wireless internet installed. I use skype for my phone, and the quality is brill, and i use a webcam on msn to see and speak to my family in the UK. It costs me just 32 euro per month 24hrs a day. Anyone having the same problem as i did, then please contact me for a chat. Cheers. Chris
