Moving house - change of address??

[joeybaby]

We will soon be moving house. How do we go about changing our address on things such as our car documents? I suppose instead of a quick phone call we will end up having to trail up to Alicante and queue for 6 hours at the trafico department?! Also do we have to change our NIE documents etc?
