Does anyone know if there is a deadline on building work in the centre of Torrevieja? When I bought a town centre property the agent said that all construction work had to be completed by a certain date. Yet I see more cranes appearing each time I visit or indeed another gaping hole awaiting concrete. I am not criticising the rejuvenation but hoping that one day it will be a quieter place!
