Can anyone give an update on what is happening with all the 35 euro tickets that were sold for three evenings of ballet performances in the new Torrevieja Theatre??...they didn't take place, apparently because the female dancers couldn't get their visas approved in time.
Now someone has contacted the main office in Madrid and they have no knowlege of the shows taking place, or have heard of the Ballet Company.
There were slips of paper in Spanish going round asking for Bank details and tickets to be remitted and refunds would be made, but that seems odd....!!!???
The Tourist office in Torre couldn't offer any help either and were being inundated with queries from people who turned up for the performance on Friday and were told it was cancelled.
I have just received a call from someone asking me to make enquiries via the Forum to see if anyone has any news.......over to you please!!
Was it a scam???
