We have had our house on Bosque de Las Lomas 1 for two years now but it has still not been handed over fully. We want to change the back patio area, taking down the enclosing wall and extending the patio across the drive and re-erecting the wall across the drive. This will give us a much bigger enclosed area at the back of our house. We speak little spanish but are trying. Will we need planning permisssion and if so from whom? Do you think a builder will be able to advise or our solicitor or our original builder which is Technologia Urbanistica
