Go to your local NHS doctor, assuming you have a SIP card, and he/she'll refer you to the local NHS physio. I can vouch for the one in Guardamar, got to see her within a week, 3 visits a week, an hour a visit. You wouldn't get treatment like that in the UK.

CAN ANYONE RECOMMED A PHYSIO OR SOME THING SIMALAR, I HAVE A TRAPPED NERVE IN MY NECK AND IT'S NOT GETTING ANY BETTER, I LIVE IN THE QUESADA AREA.
