I have just bought my friend Spanish car and need to transfer the ownership into my name. I rang a company who said it would cost 200 Euros - is this a bit steep? I went to another person who again said 200 ish, but also said that we needed proof that my friend has paid her suma up tp date, but the firtst person I talked to didn't mention this! Whats going on?
