Hi everyone,
Wondering if any other forum members are buying at La Canada, San Miguel de Salinas due for completion Jan 1st. 2007. It seems an age away and hope by the time it is done that the bad name that Torre has regards crime will have eased. At least one sees a police presence in Spain unlike UK. Would be good to share info with others in same area.
Don't know if it will be a mixed community but hope so. Any info on development most welcome as not able to come over as often as I would like. Infrastructure started back in April and gather not much done since but a long time to go yet.
Was buying to live in originally but crime stories have made us wary of the coast although I have always wanted to be near the sea and amenities
What would the area be like for rental, either long term or short. Was thinking to maybe rent to golfers and supplement income and live inland.
Any local information most welcome.
