Urbanisation Swimming Pool

Our urbanisation swimming pool opened today, can you please clarify whether we need a life guard.
The pool is large, fenced off with entry via gates and entry restricted to owners, their bona fide guests including those renting on short or long term.
Entry to public at large is not permitted.
