F\u00f6lj med oss den 6-11 maj f\u00f6r ett <strong>\u00f6ppet hus och f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningsserie<\/strong> f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka medvetenheten och st\u00f6det f\u00f6r dem som lever med fibromyalgi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under denna vecka kommer vi att erbjuda dagliga aktiviteter, bland annat:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Informativa konferenser:<\/strong> Fibromyalgi- och mentalv\u00e5rdsexperter kommer att h\u00e5lla f\u00f6redrag om olika \u00e4mnen relaterade till sm\u00e4rtlindring, egenv\u00e5rd och livskvalitet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interaktiva sessioner:<\/strong> Delta i praktiska sessioner som \u00e4r utformade f\u00f6r att ge verktyg och strategier f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra fysiskt och k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt v\u00e4lbefinnande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utomhusaktiviteter:<\/strong> Njut av aktiviteter som guidade promenader, mjuka \u00f6vningar och yoga, tai chi och gymnastik i en naturlig och avkopplande milj\u00f6.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>St\u00f6dgrupper:<\/strong> F\u00e5 kontakt med andra som drabbats av fibromyalgi och dela erfarenheter, r\u00e5d och \u00f6msesidigt st\u00f6d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshops om egenv\u00e5rd:<\/strong> L\u00e4r dig avslappningstekniker, andnings\u00f6vningar och andra metoder f\u00f6r att minska stress och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra s\u00f6mnkvaliteten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resurser och tj\u00e4nster:<\/strong> Utforska en m\u00e4ngd olika resurser som finns tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja dem som lever med denna sjukdom och deras familjer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alla \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna, fr\u00e5n patienter och v\u00e5rdgivare till v\u00e5rdpersonal och samh\u00e4llsmedlemmar som \u00e4r intresserade av att l\u00e4ra sig mer om fibromyalgi och hur man kan st\u00f6dja dem som lider av det.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eftersom alla aktiviteter kr\u00e4ver en bokning rekommenderar vi att du s\u00e4krar ditt deltagande s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt.
