Mart\u00ednez, informa que el castillo piro-musical de San Juan, previsto ma\u00f1ana viernes, 23 de junio, a las 23:00 horas, en las piscinas natural del Paseo Mar\u00edtimo Juan Aparicio, <strong>se ha suspendido<\/strong> debido al recurso registrado en el Tribunal Administrativo Central de Recursos Contractuales (TACRC) por una mercantil que se hab\u00eda presentado al concurso de contrataci\u00f3n del servicio de pirotecnia, contra la adjudicaci\u00f3n del LOTE 1 del expediente \u201cDisparos de fuegos artificiales con motivo de la celebraci\u00f3n de diversas festividades\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Por este motivo, indica Rosario Mart\u00ednez, <strong>no ha podido firmarse el contrato<\/strong>, como estaba previsto hacerlo, y <strong>no existe tiempo<\/strong> material para realizar una nueva contrataci\u00f3n de este espect\u00e1culo de fuegos artificiales.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Por \u00faltimo, la edil de Fiestas ha se\u00f1alado que, en el momento en el que se resuelva el recurso del TACRC, se buscar\u00e1 una fecha alternativa para que la ciudadan\u00eda pueda disfrutar de este castillo piro-musical en las piscinas naturales del Paseo Mar\u00edtimo Juan Aparicio.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
