Expo Torrevieja VI returns to Auditorio Internacional de Torrevieja, Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March, 2020.<\/p>\n

Following on the success of Expo Torrevieja V, Expo Torrevieja will be returning the region’s most prestigious facility, Torrevieja’s International Auditorium.<\/p>\n

More than 25,000 visitors<\/strong> have attended the previous editions of ExpoTorrevieja with an estimated 8,000 to 10,000 visitors expected this edition. Admission and parking at ExpoTorrevieja is free,with more than 500 car parking spaces available.<\/p>\n

The International Auditorium is the largest indoor venue, South of Alicante, on the Southern Costa Blanca.<\/p>\n

WHAT:<\/strong> Torrevieja Clubs and Associations Meeting Point<\/p>\n

COST:<\/strong> FREE, zero, zilch\u2026<\/p>\n

COST OF ADMISSION:<\/strong> free\u2026 zero\u2026 zilch\u2026nada\u2026 nothing\u2026 open to everyone<\/p>\n

WHAT\u2019S NEEDED:<\/strong> Confirm your attendance or your desire to attend before noon on March 1st, 2020.<\/p>\n

SET UP:<\/strong> Once confirmed, doors will be open for setting up from 2:00pm to 6.00pm on Friday 6 March, between 8.30am and 9:30am on Saturday and 9:00am to 9:30am on Sunday.
\nJust bring along your knowledge, flyers, bits of paper, business cards, etc, and a big smile.<\/p>\n

DROP OFF:<\/strong> You may drop off supplies at the front door on Friday between 2:00pm and 6:00pm or before 9.00am on Saturday or Sunday. Cars must leave the front doors of the building by 9.00am on Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n

FUND RAISING:<\/strong> You may fund raise at the event.<\/p>\n

SPACES:<\/strong> Each Club or Association is offered a free, two metre space. Please bring your own tables, chairs, information, pop up banners, picnic, and have fun.<\/p>\n

ELECTRICITY:<\/strong> Sorry. This is not available at the Expo<\/p>\n

Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Limited Wi-Fi coverage may be available, but we can’t promise wi-fi. sorry…<\/p>\n

LIMITED SPACE:<\/strong> We have space for about 100 Clubs, Associations, NGO, Hobby Clubs… etc…<\/p>\n

LOVE TO BE THERE BUT CAN\u2019T ATTEND:<\/strong> Let us know if you can\u2019t attend and you can drop off your information for us, which we will put on a table in the entrance for visitors to pick up<\/p>\n

CHAIRS AND TABLES:<\/strong> Please bring your own foldout card tables and a display \/ pull up, etc.. plus seats and make yourself comfortable…<\/p>\n

TEA AND COFFEE ETC:<\/strong> There is a comfortable area at the entrance to the Exhibition room for tea, coffee and snacks. Serving starts at 10.00am. Maybe earlier…
