Charity festival against Cancer for the benefit of AFECÁNCER and Alicante for the Fight Against Cancer.
The seventh edition of the Rock Against Cancer festival will be held on Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14 in the ‘Antonio Soria’ park in Torrevieja from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Two days of authentic rock with tributes to legendary bands at a festival organized by Monroe’s Rock Café and the Rock Against Cancer association

Ticket price at the box office: 25 euros each day or 40 euros both days.

QUO INCIDENCE
Formed in 1999, Quo-incidence are a true tribute to the legends of rock Status Quo. They have played at many festivals, theatres and social clubs, etc., in venues such as Eastbourne Bandstand, the fleece in Bristol and they most recently played to a crowd of 3,000 people, supporting Queen´s ´We Will Rock You´, at Liverpool’s MS Bank Arena.
AUDIOSLAVE
Formed by members of Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden, with six years together and three studio albums to their credit, they have left an indelible musical legacy in the contemporary rock scene.
METALLICA (SAD EUROPE TRIBUTE)
Active since 2004, the band continues to perform on the most important stages in Europe, bringing the music of the four horsemen closer with a powerful tribute, as well as a solid sound and appearance.
RAGE RISING (RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE TRIBUTE BAND)
Brought together in 2020 in Tarragona, this is a faithful tribute to the Californian band Rage Against the Machine, considered one of the most influential Californian groups of the nineties, with timeless anthems such as “Killing in the name” Rage Rising is a show full of strength and adrenaline, An explosive live show in which they review the discography of the American band, managing to convey the sound and message of the original band.

KEENG – A TRIBUTE TO QUEEN
The band was born thanks to the love they felt (and still feel) for the music of the renowned British band Queen. The five experienced and renowned musicians of the Alicante scene joined their passion for Freddie and his friends and began to rock the place. In every performance, in every gig, in every pub… they give all the rock they have inside remaining faithful to the spirit of Queen.
UPRISING MUSE – TRIBUTE TO MUSE
In 2015, two musicians from Albacete, Jesús Manuel Castillo and Rafael Agudo, decided to bet on an ambitious and very risky musical project: to cover the best songs of the British trio Muse, considered one of the most influential rock bands of the millennium, and whose sounds go far beyond the commonly established. Three years later, with the work consolidated, “Uprising” is already a reality, touring venues throughout the country, reaping success in international Muse fan competitions and tirelessly improving the staging, to take its audiovisual show to every corner of Spain.
