Would it not be practical or possible to make everyone pay by Direct Debit or similar. That way just as the utility companies collect their money the administrators in charge of each community would get the money on time.

I am in my 4th year of living on a 30 house urbanisation. Because of one house being allowed to get 3,000 Euros in debt our charges have gone up from 176Euros to 226Euros A QUARTER! We Brits our horrified at this. In the last two months extensive work has been done on this house, the VP told the administrators who deny it has been sold as nothing shows on the Registry.

We are between the devil and the deep blue sea. We do not seem to be able to do anything about it.

Why don't your administrators take legal action against the property concerned?

high charges for community

Our community is only 30 houses. Approx.half spainish,half brits. The spainish will not hear of leaving these administrators. The did go to court but nothing has happened. I am told only one person has to object to anything put forward and it is stopped. So it looks like we are stuck
