Hello,

Bought on this off plan development earlirer this yr. Anyone else bought one of these? anyone know how the build is progressing (small detached houses with roof terrace and townhouses) - next to school in Aguas Nuevas - just down from Mercadonna.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Sarah,

We are on Arco VII, no 31 (it is one of the detached on the inside facing the pool). If you are able to ask when they anticipate completion that would be great, the contract says April/ May 06 but our agent says that they are ahead of sch.

Thanks again!

Hi Karen

went last night as promised but the girl from the show house was not there. Had a quick look about the site and I can tell you that the house frames/structures are all in and a good number of the properties have the brickwork in and they are working on the solariums. Door/window frames but not doors as yet.

If you forward to me the builders number maybe I can call the office for you and ask about the completion date etc.

sarah
