recent Bank Statement

I received a bank State ment from my Bank in Torrevieja Bankinter with a deduction as follows, May I add that I have an apartment in Torrevieja but still reside in the UK.

Vigencia : De 05/04/11 Codigo* ................................Rec Lega............. 0.32
Ramo Combinado Hogar............................................R Extraord ...........6.06
Concepto : Laura 3180 Torrevieja..............................IPS....... ...............12.79

And then the following message :
PARA MAS DETALLE CONSULTE AVISO DE COBRO Y CONDIIONES PARTICULARES DE LA POLIZA.

Can someone please translate this as I do not recall such a deduction before.

Looks to me as though it could be an insurance policy for your property. Do you have insurance on your property?

Yes I have Building and contents insurance which i took out through Atlas when I purchased the property

I agree - definately looks like a recipt for a 'House & Contents Policy.
