Specialist Golf Conditioning Fitness Coach
Dear All,
Can anyone help me please? I am wondering if there is a big client market in Torrevieja for Golf Conditioning and also how much is advertising in the local paper (coast rider, costa blanker news ect).
I am a level 4 specialist fitness coach who specialising in Golf Conditioning training as well as Exercise for the Management of Low Back Pain. Level 4 is the highest level qualification you can hold in the fitness industry. I have 5 years experiences as well as many qualifications.
I am moving to Spain, Alicante, Torrevieja, Villamartin on July the 25th and am continuing my career as a Golf Condition coach.
As a Golf Conditioning coach I can add extra yards to your games by designing specific training programmes that directly targets muscles used in golfing actions. I can improve your golf swing by correcting your posture and improving your flexibility and I also improve your level of fitness so your muscles don’t fatigue on a round of golf. Fitness is essential when playing a round of golf. Just like any sport if your fitness levels deplete so does your performance and concentration.
Not only am I a Golf Conditioning Coach, I also hold a level 4 qualifications in Exercise for the Management of Low Back Pain. These two qualifications go perfect together as research was done and proved that 65% of amateur golfers over the age of 50 suffer from lower back pain.

Level 4 Applied Sport and Exercise Science (Year 1 completed of University Degree)
Level 3 CYQ – GP Referrals in Special Controlled Conditions
Level 3 CYQ – Sports Conditioning
Level 3 Active IQ – Personal Fitness Trainer
Level 3 Active IQ – Nutrition advice for physical activity
Level 3 Active IQ – Advanced Fitness Instructor
B-TEC National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science (3 Years)
Level 2 Active IQ - Gym Instructor
