bikes wanted

[thejock]

We would like to buy two bikes for use by male and female. Mountain bikes would be ideal and used but in good condition would be first choice.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello thejock.

Carrefour carry a range of not unreasonably priced mountain bikes and is certainly worth a visit. Alternatively try the English language freebie papers for their free ads.

Simmy - wish I'd known that! I bought two bikes from there and then got them out to the car park without so much as a thought as to how I was going to squeeze them into a Peugeot 206 to get them back to La Zenia! Managed it in the end, thank God!
