My mate had used them for years and said they were great UNTIL the company changed hands earlier this year.
The new owners only seem interested in getting as much money as they can and the service is c**p, they just don't seem to know what they are doing. They want to charge for every little thing. Clean the balcony, EXTRA, wipe the grills EXTRA, more people staying in the place EXTRA. They have a very agresive attitude and no flexibility.
My mate won't use them anymore. -
