has anyone managed to get one yet tried yesterday but was too late what is the system please. If I have to be there before 9am then I have to get a taxi....crazy

I have had two attempts. First time got there at 9.30am, no tickets left told you have to be there at 7am. Then read they are open until 8pm so went yesterday at 3pm. People who had been there at 7am didn't get a ticket, but told more would be issued at 2pm, they waited and got a ticket. It is absolute shambles and this has to be done annually. So after two attempts no card!!!

If I have to go before 9am I will have to pay for a taxi so dont want to get there at 7am to find out I am too late has anyone got the pass yet

In town last night at 7.30pm. Took a chance went to town hall. Nobody waiting except three agents waiting to help me!! So now have my new pass.
