Whats being built here?

Hopefully I can explain this clearly!

From the N332 coming out of Torrevieja turn right by the Champion supermarket - at the big left-hand bend there is a massive development on the right (that goes right across to above the Punta Prima roundabout!) - any idea what it's called?

I'm trying to find out what they're going to build just in front of that oh so pretty Cement works (right opposit Serena IV) a bit further up on the right - I have a building plan for above the works - TM TORREBLANCA - but can't find anything for below it?

Does anyone have any idea/suggestions etc... anything?

Well, it's Zeniamar which merges with La Cinuelica which will merge with Punta Marina when they build it !!

thanks for your reply BW but I have a map of Zeniamar & it shows it stopping above the cement works i.e the 5 aside football court.

I'm trying to find out what's being built on the land directly in front of the works & (if you were looking towards the coast) the right-hand side of that large villa with the hounds?
or is that part of la Cinuelica?

Whats being build there

Black Widow (jackie) it is dorothy, last year you gave me some details of people for grilles, locks for our windows etc. Also somebody called Darren that could do our tiling for us, could you give those to me again as I seem to have misplaced them, think I left them on my PC when I left my old job. Also we want to put kitchen cupboards in our galleria area to give us more room as the kitchen is very small, do you know who would be able to supply these and fit them, we dont want to spend a lot of money, but want to have some cupboards with a worktop on top of them.

Bit of a major thread drift here - but I also will be interested to learn about what's happening in the area.

sorry to drag this back up but found out what's being built there -

Combined with info from Spanish bar owner (where spanish builders go for lunch) & the advertising board where the circus was (opposite Champion) - 2 commecial units & yet more apartments.

To be built on that area of land + area further up on right (with massive hole) + next bit (cement works) - hole is def a commercial centre not sure though which way around the others are? - would guess you'd put commercial centre right on N332? but "this is Spain"

so combined with another 20 bars/restaurant going up opposite Horizonte block (Sundowner, Shamrock etc...) will there be enough in the area? (I mean for 1 customer each!)

Been back 2 weeks now, can anyone tell me if they've started dismantling the cement works yet?

Question : property's near commercial centres, do they normally go up or down in value?

I've assumed that the Spanish restaurant is La Campana? If so my house is quite near there and I am, of course, interested in any devlopment which is going on in that area.
We are at La Cinuelica, Los Altos. At the moment we are facing the large Punta Marina building site, so I do wonder how many years we are going to be more or less in the middle of an extended building site

Our place is at Serena 1V as well, we have heard that they are building a carrafour opposite just up a bit and opposite from Champion. Has anyone else heard this. Sue

Hi Liz, that big hole (& I assume you mean that area?) is def a commercial centre!

Another is being built also but not sure if it's where the cement works are or opposite champion? - a new urb is being built on the other!

If you look at the big advertising board it shows 2 commerical centres side by side which would implys the other's going on the cement works site.

If I was the developer I'd put the other next to the N332 but I'm not so God knows what's going to happen!

Do you live there liz? if so can you tell me if the cement works is still there & in operation? - going over next week anyway but would like to warn others coming with me about the noise!

We leve in Yorkshire not in Spain just jet, but we were there for 4 weeks 3 week ago. The cement works is still running but there is not so much noise from it. We go back again just after xmas maybe we might meet up some time. Where on Serena are you.
We heard the land at the corner of the new road is going to be a Carrafor it was some spanish that we know that told us. Our road is nearly oppsite the new road. Thne the comercial centre will be at the bottom.
