Help with Amena

[help needed]

My father bought an Amena sim card at carrefour in May. Today he has travelled back to Torrevieja and the sim doesnt want to work!

....its asking for Amena Intro.NCK

Does anyone have an idea of what this is or where I can find out about it?

Hi Jo.

If he's trying to use the SIM in a phone that was sold under contract to a different network the SIM won't work. The phone will need to be unlocked.

Try speaking to the very helpful people at Dog & Bone in La Zenia (just down from Changing Rooms). They should be able to confirm whether this is the problem, and recommend solutions.
