Lost Female English Cocker Spaniel

Sorry to trouble you all, but my dog ran away from Petworld, near Las habaneras/Carrefour in Torrevieja, on Tuesday afternoon 6th sept.

She's a blue roan, which means she's a mixture of black, grey and white.....and has a distinctive white blaze on the top of her head, and two black spots on her rear end....

I would appreciate any help anyone could give in finding her, she was last seen around Macdonalds, near carrefour...

I have placed an ad on this web site in the miscellaneous section, and there is a picture there, although that was before she was clipped.....(she ran away immediately after).....

So sorry to hear your dog has gone missing you must be devastated. I cant help as we are in the UK but will keep our eyes open next week when travelling around. Do you have her/him micro chipped or does she/he have a collar with your phone number. Is there a dog kennels like the RSPCA kennels in the UK you could contact to seee if someone has found it. Perhaps you could put some posters on lamp posts, some kind soul may offer you the use of a photo copier for free if you do a poster with a photo on it. Hope you find your lovely dog soon.

She is chipped, and we have put posters around and are trying to work our way round the various pounds and dog rescue centres.

Unfortunately she isn't wearing collars, as she was being clipped at the time and ran away from the petshop, so her collars had been removed.

Any further help or suggestions will be much appreciated..

Update on Sophie...

Hi everyone

Well, unfortunately, sophie is still missing, but we have had 4 phone calls, which all are positive sightings....

Last friday (9/9) she was seen around the torretta2/torretta 3 area.

Monday(12/9) she was seen near Nautica Martinez Boat shop, just off the southbound N332.

Tuesday (13/9) she was seen on the southbound edge of the N332, near Las Salinas, heading south (which happens to be the right direction!!!). One lady and her daughter did try to coax her to them, but she ran off......southbound still, so maybe she knows where she's going!!!!

We have spent time searching along that stretch of road, calling her, but had no luck in finding her. The information we have had is that she looks fine, despite being alone for over a week now...

So everyone, again, thanks for your help, and to those people who have kindly contacted us with information.

Please keep looking for her. Posters were put out but around the original area where she was missing, so I'll be repeating the exercise around the 'new' locations..

Unfortunately, sophieis still footloose and fancy free.....last seen on the crevillente road in traffic near centrocan, so she may have crossed abck to the MacDonalds side of the raod where she originally went missing.

UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

At 8.00am this morning, my wife looked out of the kitchen window, and Sophie was at the gate, waiting to be let in....!!!!

She's in good health, although a but grubby, but SHE'S HOME !!!!!!

Considering she was last seen near Centrocan over 2 weeks ago, and we live in Las Mimosas, Orihuela Costa, she's made a quite amazing trip on her own.

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND POSITIVE THOUGHTS..!!!

A Happy ending for us all.....

What wonderful news
I have been watching and hoping it would be a happy ending. Its brought tears to my eyes knowing she is home, what a clever and very lucky lady she is. Lots of hugs and kisses for her no doubt from her loving family.

Three weeks and two days! I've had a holiday in that time (in Spain, and I must confess to keeping an eye out for her while I was in the Carrefour area).
