Pet Passport / Pet 2 form

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me, please.
We will have our dog over with us in La Zenia early next year for an
extended holiday and will be returning to the U.K. (Roscoff - Plymount).
Can anyone who has brought back a pet tell me if you still need to fill
out a Pets 2 form (this form is a declaration that the animal was not
outside the countries approved for the scheme).

Where can I get a form or does the ferry company have them and you
complete them before being allowed travel back ?.
We have the proper Pet Passport and this is just the last piece of the
jigsaw (We hope).

Sorry I dont know the answer, but I would say, go into a vet and ask - they will definitely know and may even have the form you need! Good luck - I'm suprised nobody has answered your question with an answer yet!!

No you don't need to fill in the declaration any more. As long as your dog has had the neccessary flea/tick and worming treatment and the pet passport stamped by a vet 24-48 hours before you tavel back - that's it! We have done it now twice since the new passport came into force and by goodness it's so much easier.

We are coming back again in October hopefully and Polly is already packing her suitcase!
