Ex Pontin bluecoats

[Pianokeith]

Hi all, I was just reading in the Round Town News about Peter Jay being an ex Pontin Bluecoat. So was I, Dolphin Brixham, Plemont Bay Jersey, Cala Mesquida ( Majorca) and then Band leader at South Devon, Osmington Bay, Barton Hall Torquay. In additon I played piano for the Pontin Bluecoat auditions for over 20 years and met up with Shane Ritchie, Jimmy Cricket, Joe Longthorne, just to mention a few. I know there are at least 4 of us in the area, it would be good to meet up and have a reunion.

So is there anymore of you out there? Please get in touch.
Keith

Pontins

Hello Keith,

My husband's vocal quartet "The Southlanders" (I am a Mole & live in a Hole) worked at many of the Pontin's venues you mentioned as headliners.

Our website: www.southlanders.co.uk

Vernon was the lead singer & founder member of the group. We retired to Spain almost 2 years ago.

Were you at Jim Kennedy's retirement party at Blackpool?

We would love to talk over old times. Hasn't the business changed !!!!

Regards,

Wendy
