Pesetas To Euros- is it too late??

Okies this is poor form, but i've just come across a small wad of pesetas and am wondering if its possible to convert these to Euros??

I'm off to Torrevieja this coming week so if anybody knows of any place or any bank that can do the deed it would be much appreciated

Our local bank told us they were no longer able to exchange pesetas into euros. They suggested a trip to Madrid to one of the Bank's Head Offices might do the trick. See what your Bank advise.

Thanks Moiraandian I'll take it over there and see what happens with it. Perhaps there's another country somewhere in the world that might still accept the pesetas...If not i might have to start my own currency
