I got my mobile phone programmed a couple of months ago by someone in shop, so that when I dial 123 for my messages, the language was in English - just tried it and it's back in Spanish? How comes it's changed? Anyone know how to get it back to English please? Any way of making it a permanent change?

I've had this problem - don't know why it resets back to Spanish. Probably a time-out on lack or use.
I have done it by having the instructions and typing in the appropriate menu numbers but you have to listen carefully and guess a bit.
It's best to get someone who understands Spanish to do it in Spain.
Don't do it from UK - it costs you call charges.
