When does the tourist season end?

Thinking of visiting in the last 2 weeks of september with 2 young children. Just wondering if the bars, restaurants and waterparks etc are still likely to be open, and what the weather is usually like around then.

The weather will be fine, everything will still be open (not much actually closes) except

The Water Park Aquopolis Torrevieja is open from the 4th of June 2012 until the 13th of September 2012.
