They weren't last wednesday and I haven't heard of any significant developments since. The commercial buildings are likely to be ready for tenants soon. There's lots of people working on the hotel. The big detatched villas seem to have been abandoned, there are rumours about their status. There are keep out notices on the fence.

Suzy, I heard there were problems with the villas, something to do with the pillars in the underground garage, wouldnt surprise me if they were left like that for ever !

Hi Morbob/Spark,

Do you have details of a key holder - we're, as you know, going to be in bosque de la lomas iv across the road (near Irish bar). Would be interested if you have contact details and how much they charge. Also, did you increase your electric supply from 3kw (builders) to 5 kw - if so, did you do this before completion or after?

As often as I can! Might be out late october/early november and pretty certain about new year (hence my interest in activities over that period). The pillars under the villas are in the way and I can't see how anyone could get a car in. However they have continued to start a new villa on the end of the row with a pillar in the same place and a fire hydrant in the middle of the entrance. Someone said some of the villas had been condemned, hence the notices but that really is just a rumour.

If they never finish the villas does that mean we will remain on builders supply for ever?
Someone did tell me that they could not transfer to the utilities until all premises on an Urb. were completed.
Mind the speed of these builders it will take forever anyway.

Hi Tornado sorry forgot to mention electricity.
Up to now we have not upgraded. Only had it trip out once up to now and that was with 3 aircon units on, the oven on and a couple of rings on the hob.
We will have to upgrade if it does become a problem but only time will tell.

Hi everybody!

We've been making a right nuisance of ourselves about block 15 apartments. The builders were in touch with our solicitors last week to say they want to get the paperwork in order for completion mid Nov. We are also in the process of hopefully getting the builders mortgage advanced to us. The builders are then going to put us up rent free until completion. That way we can move over, sort out school etc. Will keep you all posted.

BOSQUE DE LA LOMAS III/IV

IV - if my memory serves me well is literally over the road, to bosque de la lomas iii - now I think so dont hold me to that - its nearly a year since we were last out. There's a little shop (English run on one side, selling most things) and a set of shops with what I remember to be an Irish bar on the corner. iv is 1/2 streets away from that with just 24 buildings (12 apatments/12 villas) on.

Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong - Morbob/Spark have probably a better idea.
