Is it possible to arrange installation of a telephone line into my apartment at Playa Flamenca online.

In answer to the original posting, yes you can get the phone online, but if you are in Torrevieja go into the Telefonica shop near the square in c/Ruud Gallud. We saw a lady called Pilar, who deals with line installations. She speaks perfect English, and organised everything for us. we had the phone and Broadband within two weeks. it all depends on line availabiltiy, If the lines are there you will have your phone quickly.

When we bought the apartment a few years ago there was a phone intsalled which we had disconnected. Hopefully the fact that there is already a line should speed things along.

Hi, Totally agree you should see Pilar but DON'T see any of the other staff as they don't do as they say.

Pilar had my line done in 2 days but I was then waiting for ADSL after I had spoken to another member of staff to confirm my line was up,she did not inform Pilar so a week later I went in and Pilar had no idea.

Then 2 days later it was on.....
