Estate agents/lock smiths in Torrevieja

[Florida]

Hi,

Could anyone please recommend any estate agents in Torrevieja. We are selling our bungalow in Torretta III. Someone recommended Torresol but we are not sure of their address.
Also looking for a lock smith who is able to replace a lock on a security grill.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend Millennium on El Chaparral, nice people, very efficient.
Call 966 784 855 ask for Andy.

That's for selling your house, not the locksmith.

What do estate charge for selling a property? Someone told me it was about 10%. I wonder if they are referring to a new build which can involve a lot more work. In the UK it is about 1.5 to 2% for resales.
