Is it the Right Time to Sell? or Is it the Right Time to buy?

Is it the Right Time to Sell? or Is it the Right Time to buy?
Now is not the right time to sell. Yes it is the right time to buy if you can without a Mortgage.
Many people ask me to sell their properties, but my advice to all is, if your selling why not try to rent it out at the same time.
Why? Because if you have tenants in your property your property can still be for sale.

Not everyone would feel happy with the property on the market and they are using it as their home, (although some people don´t mind and if you find a tenant who agree that is great), but I definitely agree that it is the right time to buy if you don´t need a mortgage. There are some great prices and lots to choose from.
