ITV's for British cars!

I have a UK registered car which I am transferring to Spanish plates. I know that the ITV I will have done is different for a transfer and more detailed than one for a Spanish reg car, but does anyone know exactly what they check, as I would obviously like it to pass first time !! (wont hold my breath ha ha!!)

Had mine done and it appeared to be the same as at home, ie. all the obvious things including exhaust emission, beam direction, wheel bearings, bodywork, tyres and so on. I think on the changeover you pay a bit more because of the additional paperwork !!
