We ahd a similar type of problem with a Spanish company called Ya.com. They were very unhelpful and we got the impression it was because we are British - though we do speak fairly good Spanish! Eventually we got a Spanish(male) friend to ring them up on our behalf - he got into a rather heated discussion with them and eventually they gave us a full refund! They just needed to be encouraged a bit by a Spanish person! We love Spain, and Spanish people. and have got used to the way they do things over here! We have never had any problems with any other companies over here - maybe it is just internet providers that are a bit ruthless?
