Deeds on Bosque De Lomas 111

For those of you lucky enough to have swapped your colinas property for one in Bosque De Lomas 111 can I ask you a question. Have you had your deeds signed by the buillder? We are due to go out early in December to exchange on a house in BDL111 but our solicitor says that the builder is not signing any deeds and we need to talk to the solicitor first!!!! Very worrying, however if you have got yours then all should be ok in the end.......

As stated under your other post we collected our deeds 2 weeks ago which was exactly 6 months after we took the property over. This is how long we were told it would take when we took over.

Sorry I forgot to say that we do not have a mortgage having paid in full in the usual Spanish way of Bankers draft and cash.
