Buying in Pilar de la Horadada

Hi there. My partner and I are currently purchasing a new house in Pilar which we intend to use as a holiday home. We viewed lots of properties in various different areas when we visited in October but decided to go for Pilar as it seems to be a bit quieter than some other areas on the coast. We are buying on a very small urbanisation through Golf Invest. Would be interested in peoples opinions on Pilar and Golf invest....

The town of Pilar is rather uninteresting but all of the costal area is very nice. Personaly I would never buy a property from a large agent again. You will allways get a better deal privatly or with a small agent. Also consider a resale as they are in my opinion much better value. Our new house i los altos is worth the same now as it was three years ago!
