towbar carriers for bikes dog boxes pigeon crates mobility scooters etc,

hi have apartment in south costa blanca for a few years now, and need info as to carrying above see (title)
on the car towbar but have not seen any car towbar carry, any of the articales e.g. bikes dog boxes
mobility scooters etc., in south costa blanca area in that time.
does any of you know is there any Spanish law against this use?
at home in u k no problem, so don't want to bring all over to spain if it would be waste of time!!
