Hola,

We have a holiday home on Serena 4 in Punta Prima area ( Behind Champions). When we purchased the property, it had limited TV reception. Although we could pick up BBC 1/2, Channel 4/5, UK Gold, Living etc.,the picture wasn't very clear but it was sufficient for our needs. However, we lost all reception earlier this year. We have made several enquiries about satellite connection but have been told that either they don't cover our area or we need to find out what system we had previously. We have no paperwork for this but there was an aerial and a HUGE dish on the roof terrace (dish has now been dumped). I would be really grateful if anyone could offer me any advise on this matter and/or recommend a reliable TV Installer. We are based in UK but have someone in Torrevieja area who looks after the property for us. You can email me direct at mariawakefield@tiscali.co.uk.

Thank you

Maria
