New golf course

[telpres]

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me anything about the new golf course
planned for Los Altos nr Punta Prima? I am told it is to
be called Villa Martin 2.

The Mayor has, on many occasions, made it clear that he will not allow any further golf courses in the area, mainly due to the water shortage problems. I'd be surprised if this was true. Did you hear it from an estate agent?

Chris.

We were told about this golf course over 3 years ago when we bought a property, however we were told it was going where Dream Hills 2 is being built, so we assumed a long time ago that it was just another lie some agents tell! (This particular agent has recently run back to the UK with his tail between his legs, so it says it all!!) I can't see where they could build one now as Urbanisations are earmarked for every space you can see! Likewise I have also heard that they will not allow any further golf courses to be built due to the lack of water.

Hello Chris,
The golf course that they (estate agents, builders ) are calling Villa Martin 2 is reputedly being built at Los Altos I assume over the top of the hill.
they are advertising apartments and villas based around this statement.

Dream Hills 2 is Los Altos/Los Balcones, it boarders the motorway near Via Park 3.
