sewing repairs

I know this subject has been up before but I can't find anyone to repair a bedspread for me. I need either someone who will lend me a sewing machine, someone who will let me come and use theirs or a firm who will do it. It is a 10mon job maximum - needs 1 straight line of stitching. I sent an email to someone who advertised on the classifieds but they didn't get back to me.
i am next in Spain end March.

I am moving out to Spain in the Summer, and will be taking my machine with me, so if you don't find one or someone to repair it by then, email me! celia@thismadhouse.co.uk. PS I bought my bedspread back to the UK in a suitcase to do a big repair then took it back!

Alternatively have a chat with the nice people at Changing Rooms in La Zenia. They make curtains, bedding etc to order, so they may be able to help.
