[help needed]

Im having problems with Telefonica! Moved in to a property in September 2005, unfortunately the previous owner had the line disconnected and its now been allocated to someone else! I have been told of people waiting up to 2 years for a line to become available?????

Ive been reading about CTI Telycom and wondered if anyone had any experience of them or could offer any advice??

Depending on whereabouts you live (ie. whether they can service your property) ring Nortons in La Zenia on 966760335.

Quite an expensive set up fee, but the line rental and call costs are far better than Telefonica.

Help needed,

Have you actually contacted Telefonica about having the line activated again? if so, did they give you a period of time that you might have to wait.

Many of my customers have waited years for a telephone line, but they are usually people who have moved into "new" build properties, as your property has already had an activated line in the past, so all you are asking them for is a number and not a new line installation, that does make a big difference as far as waiting time goes.

Ive contacted Telefonica and have been into the shop in Torrevieja so often that I think I'll be invited on the next staff social!!

They have said that the number has been re-allocated to someone else and that I will have to wait until a new number becomes available.

Even my solicitor has been in touch with them and told them that its not a new build etc etc but still no luck!

Im constantly in touch with Telefonica but feel that im wasting my time!!

The shop in Torrevieja is worse than useless, they are basically agents for Telefonica and the only way to get what you want is by dialling 1004, when you tried to order a new number they should have given you a job number so you can quote it whenever you contact them for an update, if you don't have a job number then apply again and demand a job number.

If you don't have a job number, they will tell you anything to get rid of you.
