La Cinuelica Developement

[Steve D]

Does anyone know how the La Cinuelica developement is progessing. We have purchased in phase R7, number 36, which is on the inside of the developement, and facing towards the sea.
We have been informed by our agents that they do not see any reason why they will not be completed by March 30th.06. We were out there mid December and the property was coming on well, but the the inside of the developement and pool area still resembled a building site.
Any news would be appreciated.

Is the Mercadona supermarket up and running.

I have just returned and took a look around this development. Some of the properties are progressing well but others dont seem to have moved since I was there in September.

My brother in law has bought a property in this development close to the Villa Rosa (red walled house) his faces towards the new road and is just behind the Mercadona (now open and very nice it is too) but it should have been ready last December and I dont think it will be finished until next December!

Good luck
