Solaris II T.V.

We bought Solaris II T.V from Carrefour, is there anybody else, always having problems? We seem to be experiencing problems every week with it and all they say is power cuts, even been told to stop moaning today, we are fed-up with it.

Got solaris from carrefour myself have a very good signal, but I am on the top storey of a five floor complex dont know where you are maybe there is an obstruction in your way, do not pay the yearly fee until you are right

Our signal is ok, its just that we cant settle down to watch things, or plan to watch something, its not just one channel that we lose, its either 1 - 10 or 10 - 20. Also we pay monthly, and our house is a 3 floor.

I pay yearly in cash, sometimes construction in your area can interfere with the reception, a crane in the distance or something else, also water can get into the lnb on your dish this happened to me, you are on the 3rd floor is your dish on the roof and if it is can you see anything in front of where its pointing. The fact that you are getting the signal means that the signal is there does it improve in the evening.
