Does anyone know or had any dealings with the atlos de campoamor development. I am purchasing a property there through Medsea and the properties are still not ready after 2 years 4 months. I seem to be told different reasons as to why this is. The agent does not seem to be able to find out the reaon other than firstly the deeds , then the land register now it is the lifts. Can anyone shed any light on this development?
The properties are being built by a company called Travensa and the developer is a combination of Costa Blanca Balearis and OLE international

I bought an appartment in bloque 8. the building was finshed about 4 months late but then it took the builder 12 months toget all the final permisssions from the town hall before we could move in. Travensa are typically slow. The second swimming pool and tennis courts were not even started when we moved in and the garages are still not completed. Just be patient

could you tell me if you had any other problems once you moved in to the property and if so did they get resolved ok.

Also how is the swimming pool and tennis courts progressing?
